INC. 5000 2023: Nearsure Made the List Yet Again!

This year has proven complex and demanding so far; not only for our industry, but for many others, as well. Within this challenging context, Inc. 5000 has recognized those companies at the forefront of innovation that are pushing the industry forward and helping their customers overcome their own challenges. We’re fortunate to count ourselves among those companies. 

I’m thrilled to announce that Nearsure has just made it into America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies List for the second year in a row! Nearsure is ranked as a leading provider of remote tech talent solutions, and we couldn’t be prouder.  

We’ve ranked no. 524 this year on a list that stands as a testament to the most successful companies within the US economy’s most dynamic segment. As a remote tech talent solutions provider, we now join the names of Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other famous brands that have gained national exposure as Inc. 5000 honorees.

Our continued pride stems from the public’s recognition that Inc. 5000’s class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, rising capital costs, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate is said to have ticked up to an astonishing 2,238 percent, while this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have also added 1,187,266 jobs in total to the economy over the past three years.   

On the topic, Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk recognized that “To make the Inc. 5000—with the fast growth that requires—is truly an accomplishment. Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that are building our future.” Our entire team at Nearsure cannot be prouder to be recognized as part of those key players that keep building up the tech industry.  

2023 has been an exciting year for our company as well! We now have many awards under our belt, including two highly esteemed Stevie Awards. Our brilliant CEO won a well-deserved Silver Award for Woman of the Year in the Business Services Industries category earlier this year while Nearsure also received the Silver Award for its Achievement in Customer Satisfaction. 

We’re also very proud to keep celebrating newly opened offices in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, as well as São Paulo, Brazil, recently.

In terms of the selection’s methodology, companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, businesses must have been founded and be generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
