The Challenge
Scaling up multiple of StayWell’s distributed development teams
To build new features and keep its platforms up-to-date, StayWell needed to scale up multiple of its distributed development teams. It was imperative to find highly experienced candidates in remote work who could onboard quickly and seamlessly with its existing distributed teams and culture.
They sought web and mobile developers with deep expertise in both legacy and modern programming languages, such as Javascript, Java, and .NET, as well as QA automation engineers with a broad understanding of multiple automated testing frameworks.
