The History Behind Us
After more than a decade building a leading software development company in Uruguay and Colombia, we identified a co-located team as one of our biggest barriers, making team scaling costly and painful. We removed that hurdle by embracing a remote-first philosophy that now characterizes us. As a result, a network of over 20,000 of the tech-savviest candidates spread all over Latin America are now part of Nearsure’s operations.

Fer brings extensive experience in B2B marketing strategy, content, and product development to Nearsure. He’s skilled in digital marketing and strategic planning and was a university professor for many years.
